Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Apache Fabricators handles information in connection with apachefabricators.com. It covers the website only. It does not cover information you give us in the course of a commercial relationship, such as a quote, a purchase order or a job application.

The short version

This is a brochure site. It has no accounts, no shopping cart and no contact form. We do not set cookies, we do not run analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not build profiles of visitors. If you want to reach us, you email or call us directly, and we handle that message like any other business correspondence.

What the site collects

Nothing you type. There is no form on this site. Nothing you enter anywhere on the page is transmitted to us.

Server logs. Like most web servers, ours records routine technical information when a page is requested: the IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page and the browser user agent. These logs exist to keep the site running and secure. We do not use them to identify individual visitors, and we do not combine them with any other information.

No cookies from us. This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.

Third parties on this site

Two Google services are loaded by the site. Your browser contacts them directly, which means Google receives your IP address and standard request information.

Google Fonts. Typefaces are served from fonts.gstatic.com on every page.

Google Maps. The contact page embeds a Google map of our facility. Google may set cookies through that embed. Google’s handling of this data is governed by its own privacy policy, not by ours.

If you would rather not contact Google at all, your browser or an extension can block these requests. The site remains readable without them.

When you contact us

If you email sales@apachefabricators.com or call us, we receive whatever you choose to send: your name, your company, your contact details and the content of your message or drawings. We use that information to answer you and to quote, schedule and carry out the work. We keep it as long as we need it for that purpose and for our ordinary business, tax and legal record-keeping.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We do not share it with anyone except where it is necessary to do the work you asked for, such as a carrier delivering to your site or an inspection agency reviewing a job, or where the law requires it.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and email in particular is not a secure channel. If you need to send something confidential, tell us and we will arrange a different way to receive it.

Children

This site is directed at businesses. It is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Links to other sites

Where we link to another organization, such as a certifying body, that site has its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for their practices.

Your choices

If you want to know what we hold about you, or want it corrected or deleted, write to the address below and we will respond. Depending on where you live, you may have specific rights under law, including under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
